1. Description of Services

We provide personalized self-reflection digital reports inspired by Chinese Five Elements (Wu Xing) and BaZi wisdom. Our primary service is a customized 12-page PDF report ("Your Energetic Blueprint") generated based on your name and birth details, priced at \$19 USD.

We also offer free, interactive tools (the online Quiz and BaZi Calculator) on our website. These free tools are intended to provide educational and entertainment-focused initial insights.

2. Payment and Orders

Orders are placed by completing a two-step process: completing a secure \$19 USD payment via PayPal, and submitting your correct birth details through our secure form on our website.

Orders will not enter production until payment is successfully cleared and matched with your submitted birth details. You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted details (date, time, place of birth) are accurate. If you submit incorrect information, please notify us immediately at sglove1981@gmail.com before your report is generated.

3. Delivery Policy

Our personalized PDF reports are hand-reviewed and custom-generated. They will be delivered directly to the email address provided in your intake form within 24 to 48 hours of a successful order matching. If you have not received your report within 48 hours, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at sglove1981@gmail.com.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly customized, personalized, and labor-intensive nature of our digital reports, refunds are generally not available once report generation has begun (usually within 12 hours of placing an order).

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us at sglove1981@gmail.com within 12 hours of purchase. If the generation of your custom report has not yet started, we will issue a full refund of your \$19 USD payment. If your report has already been delivered or has entered production, we cannot offer a refund.

5. Cultural & Self-Reflection Disclaimer

Our reports, free quiz, and calculator are designed for cultural exploration, psychological self-reflection, journaling, and entertainment purposes only. **They do not constitute, nor are they intended to replace, professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, therapeutic, or counseling advice.**

The calculations and insights in our reports represent symbolic, ancient Chinese wisdom frameworks and should not be used as the sole basis for making major life decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and inside our custom 12-page reports (including texts, designs, illustrations, brand names, and the layout system) is our intellectual property. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from our reports or website without our explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
